1 YEAR TERM

If elected, I will prioritize three objectives:

First, I want to ensure our students, teachers, and staff are all in healthy learning environments. This means evaluating every school facility to address infrastructure needs as well as learning and health challenges. I will leverage my professional experience to prioritize critical repairs.

Second, I will be an advocate for the continuation and expansion of equity and inclusion throughout the school district. I aim to ensure that all students, particularly LGBTQ+ and other underrepresented minority students, have the appropriate programs and policies to provide informed education, prevention, and intervention efforts in regards to our children’s mental health. This is even more important now that we are seeing the negative impacts of pandemic isolation and social media on learning, socialization and mental health.

Third, I will support a budget that provides our teachers, staff, and paraprofessionals with the resources they continuously need to effectively educate our Dedham students.
